The profilometer calibration sample jig provided with the PLX-Benchtop is designed to be fitted on the load cell platen and used with the Profilometer Calibration Sample.
- Fit the jig over the load cell platen as per the figure below.
- Place the profilometer calibration sample in the centre of the jig - the jig has been designed to work with your PLX-Benchtop.
- The sample will now be centred ready to run the profilometer calibration.
- Once profilometer calibration is complete, remove the sample and the jig.
