LVDT reading too high

Meaning:
Triggered during calibrations, indentation, positioning for profilometry, and profilometry if the LVDT reading is higher than the maximum allowable value. 

Troubleshooting steps: 

• 'Balance' the LVDT while at its rest position
• Check that, when gently pressed, the LVDT responds as expected. 
• Re-do the 'Machine Set up' in the 'Tools' menu
