Error code 103 - LVDT__NEGATIVE_READING_TOO_LOW
Meaning:
Triggered if LVDT reading is smaller than -60 um.
Troubleshooting steps:
- 'Balance' the LVDT while at its rest position so it is close to zero
- Check that, when gently pressed, the LVDT responds as expected
- Re-do the 'Machine Set Up' in the 'Tools' menu
