Test error after indentation
An error has occurred after the indentation process
If your test has failed after the indentation was completed, you can measure the profile using the Take Profile tool (Tools > Take Profile).
Take note of the Material Type, Target Load and Indenter Tip Radius provided in the Test Summary and input them in the Take Profile start dialog.
If the issue persists, please contact our support team at support@plastometrex.com. If possible, please provide the error code in the Test status message of the Test summary.
