Unboxing the PLX-Benchtop

1.  Open the Pelicase and lift the top tray out.
2.  Lift the PLX-Benchtop out of the Pelicase and into place. ⚠️This is a two person lift.

3.  Remove the clip holding the profilometer arm in place.

• Undo the thumbscrew at the front of the clip using the Allen key.
• Carefully remove the clip when it's loose. Store this in the Pelicase, it will be needed should you ever need to move the PLX-Benchtop.
• ⚠️The profilometer tip is delicate, take care not to touch it.
